How much salt per day is healthy?
Well, this depends on what type of salt you are consuming. I recommend people to avoid all processed and refined salt and instead switch to Celtic Sea Salt. Celtic Sea Salt is unrefined and has a full complement of minerals. In fact, it has over 80 minerals in it! Many people take ¼ - ½ teaspoon or even up to 1 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt per day and see many improvements in their health. You can add this to your food, sip on it in your water or just take it straight up. I would caution if you have kidney problems and always speak with your doctor before making any healthy or dietary changes. She teaches you about what foods to eat and what foods to avoid, gather information about healthy replacements for common foods, as well as what brands to buy that taste good. You will learn generally where products are located so you can confidently shop for groceries.
Sheryl lives with her husband, Bob, and is the mother of a thirteen-year-old daughter (Grace) and an nine-year-old son (Nick); the inspiration for her interest in health and nutrition, and her desire to eat properly and raise a healthy family. "From my experience as a nutritionist and as a wife and mother desiring a healthy family," Sheryl says, "I recognize the importance of carefully selecting the type of food we eat, knowing where our food comes from, and buying foods in their most natural state from local farmers whenever possible."
I suffered from a rash on both hands for nine months. Every doctor I visited for help, just diagnosed me with eczema and prescribed a steriod-cream. However, I desired more answers and a natural cure. While searching for help, Sheryl suggested a change in my diet and food choices. Along with creating a temporary new diet plan, she suggested specific supplements that would aid by body in its healing process.
