How Can I Include More Sea Salt in My Diet?

A:

1- Sprinkle on raw or already cooked foods, use to taste, 2- ¼ tsp in a glass of warm water for headache or indigestion, 3- ¼ tsp in a glass of warm water before breakfast has tendency to neutralize acidity, produce hydrochloric acid and less pain in varicose veins, 4- 1 tsp in a quart of warm water for irrigation of sinuses, for asthma, also for enema, cleanser, healer and natural bowel movement, 5- 1 tsp in a glass of warm water for gargle, 6- 1 tsp in a pint of warm water for laxative, 7- Mother Nature’s natural healer and cleanser for wounds, athlete’s foot, dandruff, etc. For more about sea salt see Dr. B's Book: Salt Your Way to Health and my BLOG post at: Sea Salt blog

Sheryl's BE Healthy Recipe:

A mix of information about how to restore your health, what foods to eat, what foods to avoid, where and how to shop for healthy food and a dash of goal setting. Blend in some recipes, meal ideas, meal planning tools and combine all this with plenty of support and resources and you have a recipe for how to Be Healthy!

She also does "Shop with Sheryl" classes to teach people how to shop for healthy foods at local grocery stores. She teaches you about what foods to eat and what foods to avoid, gather information about healthy replacements for common foods, as well as what brands to buy that taste good. You will learn generally where products are located so you can confidently shop for groceries.

Sheryl lives with her husband, Bob, and is the mother of a twelve-year-old daughter (Grace) and an eight-year-old son (Nick); the inspiration for her interest in health and nutrition, and her desire to eat properly and raise a healthy family. "From my experience as a nutritionist and as a wife and mother desiring a healthy family," Sheryl says, "I recognize the importance of carefully selecting the type of food we eat, knowing where our food comes from, and buying foods in their most natural state from local farmers whenever possible."
