About the Center for Holistic Medicine
The Center for Holistic Medicine in West Bloomfield, Michigan was established by three of the most progressive and prominent physicians in holistic medicine today. Our holistic doctors Dr. Brownstein, Dr. Ng, and Dr. Nusbaum are dedicated to raising the level of awareness of the choices available in natural healing. Our team is completed by our very own nutritional consultant. Sheryl Shenefelt, C.N.
At CHM we believe that the body has a remarkable healing capacity when given the proper foundation, and we use natural methods of healing to return our patients to their natural, vibrant selves. These include a diet with the proper level of healing nutrients, as well as vitamins, minerals and herbs tailored to the individual. In addition, mind-body techniques lead to transformations which promote healing. The center offers other healing arts. Hands-on healers help balance the body’s energy fields. Finally, the Center for Holistic Medicine conducts research to advance this emerging field.
